Don't drink and drive
It's well known from road traffic that you shouldn't drink while driving. But it also applies to Mario Kart. Why? You'll find out in a moment!
This is what you need:
- Console e.g. Nintendo Switch
- Mario Kart game
- Controller (one per player)
- 2-4 players
- alcoholic beverages

Construction:
Each player has a drink next to them. Start the game and choose your driver. Now let's get started!
Rules of the game:
Just like in traffic, don't drink and drive . However, in Mario Kart, it's implemented a little differently than on real roads:
- It is not allowed to drink while driving
- You always have to pull over to the right to have a drink
- Before crossing the finish line, the drink must be empty
- New round – new drink!
So it’s important to drink particularly quickly.
A tip: It's best to drink your drink in one gulp, as drinking it will cause you to lose time. The faster you finish your drink, the faster you can continue. If a fellow player still has something in their glass and still crosses the finish line, they must drink it all and lose. This applies to the first, second, and third rounds.

Take a sip if you...
- missed a box
- were hit
- get off track
Take two sips if you...
- shoots yourself
- use a Mushroom Boost

Take three sips if you...
- drive over a banana peel
- driving in the wrong direction
- fall down somewhere
Exes or shots, if you...
- inserts a star
- last in the race
- you get hit by a blue tank
Drink everyone if...
- all struck by lightning
- the game crashes
Version 2:
If you don't like “ Don't drink and drive ,” we have a cool second option for you.
In this variant, the loser has to drink something after each round. The loser can then decide what the loser of the next round has to drink, for example, a vodka shot. If they lose again, they have to drink the vodka shot themselves.
PS: Shots are always cool, of course.
If you're playing with multiple players, you'll also need to pass the controllers. You can decide who has to give up their controller, for example, the two worst players.
