Open returns portal : Go to our Returns portal and start your return there. You will then receive a free return label via email.
Please provide your order number: Please provide your order number (e.g. BB123456) as a reference in the returns portal or place it clearly visible in the package. Without an order number, we cannot process your return or will only delay it.
Send package: Important: Only send the package after receiving the return label – this will ensure a quick and smooth process. Once we receive the return, we will refund your purchase price.
